Bridgewater Hotel Index is an independently produced editorial index of hotels and venues with casino facilities in South East England. The index is not an operator of gaming, not a seller of travel, and not a handler of payments. Entries below list what personal data is recorded and on what basis.
Submitted by the reader, through the enquiry and contact forms: name, e-mail address, travel dates, party size, notes. Collected automatically, through server logs and analytics: IP address, browser type, and a record of which pages were visited. Those two categories account for everything held by this index.
Submitted details: used to answer the enquiry and to issue the planning information requested. Technical details: used to secure the site and to refine the entries published. Sale of personal information: not permitted, in any circumstance, to any party. Those limits apply to every record this index keeps.
Cookie types in use: essential cookies, which may be required for the site to function, and third-party analytics cookies, which may also be set. Control sits with the reader’s browser, where either type can be blocked or erased. Editorial entries remain fully readable when cookies are switched off.
